Gelbstein's Bakery has brought Lakewood residents delectable breads & pastries since 1934 and is dedicated to serving the community with their bakery needs. Gelbstein’s retail bakery now offers dozens of mouth-watering Kosher breads,
cakes and dessert options, while our wholesale bakery reaches across the country, servicing many customers, including schools, correctional facilities, caterers, nursing homes, and food service companies.
We are proudly under the Kashrus supervision of KCL. We’re open Sunday through Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday from 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Friday from 6:30 AM until about an hour and a half before Shabbat. We’re closed on Saturdays.
