Description
This is a popular local historic site that was restored as a museum for old-fashioned life. The property is on a 200-acre restored farmland that has exhibits like old buildings, crafts, and sometimes even events like a reenactment or a fair. This place is a fairly popular destination for field trips of nearby schools, so expect the atmosphere to be noisy and crowded. Scenic views of nature and old-fashioned buildings are plenty here, with paths to walk on to see them. There are small bathrooms scattered throughout the property.
There is a dedicated on-site parking lot available for free for guests. The general admission fee is $15 per person for adults, $12 for seniors/children, and children below 4 enter for free. Check their website.
